"Ludovicus Magnus militibus regali munificentia in perpetuum providens has aedes posuit an MDCLXXV "
Louis le Grand, par munificence royale pour ses soldats et prévoyant pour la suite des temps, a fondé cet édifice en l’an 1675

Un lieu magnifique où rayonne la générosité du roi, la puissance de l'armée et la solennité.
Du jardin à la cour d'honneur, de l'église des Soldats à la Cathédrale Saint-Louis, de la Chapelle Royale au Dôme des Invalides abritant le Tombeau de Napoléon. 
Nous voyagerons de Louis XIV à Napoléon Bonaparte.

A magnificent place where the generosity of the king, the power of the army, and solemnity radiate.
From the garden to the main courtyard, from the Soldiers' Church to Saint-Louis Cathedral, from the Royal Chapel to the Dôme des Invalides housing Napoleon's Tomb.
We will travel from Louis XIV to Napoleon Bonaparte.
