Une scénographie superbe, un angle pédagogique exemplaire, une collection inaccessible à tous depuis plus de 70 ans qui s'offre à nouveau au public, une avancée dans la recherche par une mise en relation de pièces de la collection Torlonia avec des œuvres conservées au Louvre, un espace d'exposition où le plafond éblouissant, commandé par Louis XIV pour former l'appartement d'été de sa mère Anne d'Autriche , vient d'être restauré. Cette exposition est un bijou absolu.
