Ich bin zweisprachig in einer deutsch-französischen Familie aufgewachsen. Nach Studien in Geschichte, Medienwissenschaften und Kunstgeschichte, arbeite ich seit 20 Jahren als Reiseleiter und Museumsführer in Frankreich, hauptsächlich in Paris. Ich gebe Ihnen nützliche Hinweise wie Sie am Besten Ihr Besichtigungsprogramm organisieren und wenn es einfacher ist, helfe ich Ihnen auch gerne mit Reservierungen und Ticketbesorgung. Ich führe Sie durch die atemberaubenden Sammlungen des Louvre, auf Stadtrundfahrten über die vielen Seinebrücken, bei Spaziergängen durch die historischen Viertel bis zur Sainte-Chapelle und Notre-Dame. Sehr gerne führe ich Ihre Gruppen auf mehrtägigen Fahrten durch die Bretagne und die Normandie, immer wieder mit Begeisterung für die beliebten Highlights (Mont-Saint-Michel und Honfleur, Saint-Malo, Saint-Thégonnec oder Concarneau), aber wir können auch versteckte Kleinodien aufsuchen, wenn wir mit dem Fahrer zusammen eine ruhige Départementale-Straße mal kurz für unseren Reisebus reservieren und die grünen Landschaften um uns erleben! I will take care of your groups, helping them to discover the highlights of Paris and its great monuments, starting with the 3500-year-old obelisk place de la Concorde and sharing with you the thrilling journey that brought this heavy stone from Luxor to Paris. Follow my eyes towards the dramatic relief on the Arc de Triomphe called 'La Marseillaise' (entitled like the national anthem of France) and remember then the great musical-movie 'Les Misérables'. Turn your head around to see from one end of the Louvre to the other, all this was not built in a single construction-campaign, but during centuries! The collection of artworks there is unique - and I will help your travellers to forget about the crowds and discover the messages the artists have entrusted to their creations. 

Among my favourite places here: the churches Sainte-Chapelle, Notre-Dame, Saint-Etienne-du-Mont, Val-de-Grâce, the museums Cité de l'Architecture et du Patrimoine (displaying full size plaster casts with the best examples out of 800 years of French architecture), musée Carnavalet in the Marais district (to experience an illustrated promenade through the history of the city of Paris), and Orsay of course (with its fabulous impressionist gallery).
